Ryan Ranch
Historical Hildreth, 1800s mining town in the central valley foothills of California. All mines are closed. Only two original building remain.
The area is currently owned by cattle ranchers. Mr. Hildreth sold several thousand acres to James Ryan, a blacksmith,  in the late 1800s for cattle grazing land. William "Bill" Ryan, the only son of eight children took over and continued raising cattle. Currently, what is left of the center of the ranch is owned by Bill's grandchildren.
